One on One training isn't for everyone. It is for those who are committed to long term movement success. There is a 3 month initial commitment, but those who sign up have a longer term in mind. This training is for you if you want to prepare your body from foundation to elite level movement.You want a program tailored to your strengths and weaknesses. You want a program dedicated to your outdoor sport such as climbing, mountaineering, running etc.
What's included and how it's designed:
- All training in delivered through the TotalCoaching App
- You must be able to commit to at least 3 days a week of training that is around 1-2 hours per session
- The types of movement progression that are included are bodyweight foundation training with mobility work. Barbell lifts such as deadlifts, cleans and snatches. Kettle bell work. And cardio.
- You must have access to gym equipment such as kettlebells, barbells, rings, and free weights.
